Conference
The registration fee includes attendance at all sessions and workshops, documentation, Luncheons, tea/coffee. It does not include hotel accommodation or travel to and from the conference. Payment must be received before the conference in order to guarantee your place. Optional extra activities may be made available at an extra cost to the delegate. Cancellation, Refunds & Transfers
A full refund (subject to a 25% handling charge) will be made for cancellations up to 30 days before the conference, thereafter no refund can be made. A substitute may be made at any time. Registering on the day carries a 10% surcharge. Indemnity
It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organiser to change the content or timing of the programme, speakers or venue. We will notify you of any major changes. Should for any reason outside our control, the speakers or venue change, or the event be cancelled due to an act of terrorism or extreme weather conditions or industrial action, neither Steel Business Briefing Ltd shall endeavour to reschedule but the client hereby indemnifies and holds harmless from and against any and all costs, damages and expenses which are incurred by the client.
